We use an extendable water-fed pole with a soft brush head, connected to a purification system that strips tap water down to nearly zero dissolved minerals. That purified water is what actually does the cleaning — no soap required.
Why purified water matters
Regular tap water contains dissolved minerals (the same ones responsible for “hard water” spots on shower glass). When tap water evaporates off a window, those minerals stay behind as a thin film — which is exactly the haze you’re trying to get rid of in the first place.
Purified water has nothing left to leave behind. It dries completely clear, with no soap film and no mineral spotting, which is why the finish holds up noticeably longer than a traditional soap-and-squeegee clean.
