Pricing depends on the size of your home, number of windows, stories, and which services you choose (exterior only vs. exterior + interior, screens, tracks, etc.). We provide free, no-obligation estimates. Request one through our quote form or by calling us and we'll give you an accurate price before any work begins.
We're based in Skagit County, WA and proudly serve Mount Vernon, Burlington, Anacortes, Sedro-Woolley, and surrounding communities, along with select nearby cities in Whatcom, Snohomish, and Island counties. Visit our Service Areas page for the full list of cities we cover.
Exterior cleaning covers the outside glass, frames, and (on request) screens and tracks, typically using a purified water-fed pole system for streak-free results. Interior cleaning covers the inside glass surfaces using detail cloths and squeegees, with care taken around furniture, floors, and window treatments.
If it rains within 7 days of your exterior window cleaning and leaves spots or streaks on your windows, we'll come back and re-clean the affected windows at no additional charge. In most cases, rain on its own won't dirty a freshly cleaned window. It's dirt already on the glass that makes it look streaky again. The exception is when rain bounces off a dirty nearby surface, like a tree, roof, or gutter, and splashes back onto the glass. Either way, our 7-day guarantee has you covered.
If you're not fully satisfied with any part of our work, let us know within a reasonable timeframe after your service and we'll make it right, whether that means a touch-up, a re-clean, or another resolution that leaves you happy.
Most homeowners in our area schedule exterior cleaning 2-4 times per year depending on location, tree coverage, and weather exposure. Commercial properties often benefit from monthly or quarterly service. We can recommend a schedule based on your property during your free estimate.
Yes. Puget Panes Window Cleaning is licensed and insured in the state of Washington (License #605993758). We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
Lead time varies by season, but we recommend requesting your quote at least 1-2 weeks ahead of when you'd like service, especially during our busy spring and fall seasons. We'll always give you our soonest available date when you reach out.
After your service, we send you an online invoice you can pay by credit or debit card. If you'd rather pay a different way, cash and check both work too.
Screen cleaning and track & sill cleaning are available as add-ons for a one-time visit, but they're included at no extra charge for customers on one of our recurring service plans. That's our way of saying thanks for scheduling regular care.
Not necessarily for exterior-only cleanings, as long as we have access to your property (yard, gates, etc.). For interior cleaning, someone typically needs to be present to provide access to the home.
Light rain doesn't usually affect exterior window cleaning quality since we use purified water-fed systems. In the case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we'll reach out to reschedule at no charge.
